Remark: In 2007, the BRKS company (Bratislavská regionálna koľajová spoločnosť) bought 6 Plan U sets from the Dutch national carrier NS (numbers 116, 117, 125, 151, 191 and 193), but only two sets (numbers 125 and 193) came physically to Slovakia to the Istrochem company premises. BRKS planned to deploy them on routes from Zvolen to Košice, but this did not happen and the sets never served any line in Slovakia. For a time, they were also stored on the premises of the Slovnaft refinery and later transported back to Istrochem, where they were destroyed by vandals and sprayers. Their fate was thus sealed forever.
