• Remark: The locomotive is called "Fénix". A couple of years ago it caught fire while pulling the fast train of R 800 Poľana near the village of Jesenské. It took like four years to repair the locomotive when it finally got back to active operation. "Fénix" or "Phoenix" is an immortal bird associated with Greek mythology, a creature that would obtain new life by arising from the ashes of its predecessor. This is what sort of happened during the repair works with this locomotive when it obtained parts from a predecessor and virtually arose from the ashes. This is how the locomotive got its distinctive name.
